Assess Plan Do Review

Terms of service

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms apply when a school, academy, trust, nursery, childminder or other setting ("you") licenses Assess Plan Do Review ("the service") from SEND Wade (APDR) ("we", "us"). By starting a pilot, accepting a quote or paying an invoice, you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

1. Who we are

Assess Plan Do Review is provided by SEND Wade (APDR), a sole trader business based at 62 Saracen Drive, Sutton Coldfield, B75 7HF, United Kingdom. Contact us at [email protected].

2. What the service is

Assess Plan Do Review is a web-based planning aid for special educational needs support. It suggests barriers to learning, quality first teaching strategies, targets and a one-page pupil profile, following the graduated approach. It gives starting points for professional judgement. It is not a diagnosis, an assessment tool or a substitute for advice from specialists, and your staff remain responsible for the plans they make.

3. Your licence

4. Free demo and pilots

The public demo is free for 24 hours per email address and uses a made-up pupil. A free pilot gives up to 5 staff the full service for one half-term. Pilots end automatically at the end of the agreed period unless you choose to take out a licence. There is no charge and no commitment.

5. Fees and payment

6. Renewal and ending your licence

7. Pupil information and data protection

8. Using the service properly

You agree not to try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, copy or resell it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may update the service to improve it, and we will tell you before any change that would mean storing or sending pupil information.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Support is by email to [email protected] and we aim to reply within two working days during term time.

10. Ownership

We own the service, its content and its design. Your school owns the plans, profiles and files your staff create with it, and your school's name, crest and other branding.

11. Liability

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell your main user by email about any important change at least 30 days before it applies, and the version in force when you pay an invoice applies to that licence period.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
